The Windsor-Essex County Real Estate Board (WECREB) is dedicated to keeping you up-to-date on the industry conditions of Windsor-Essex County. This area provides monthly statistical reports which you will find below. These stats include year to year comparisons based on month (ex: Jan'05 vs. Jan'06) as well as year-to-date comparisons. Figures include – Number of Listings, Number of Sales, Number of Sales by Price Range, Average Price, Housing Types, Popular Listing Areas/Popular Sales Areas, as well as the 5 most popular styles of homes in the area.
